Step1. Revision
1、Magic eye:
Let students speak out appeared on the screen according to the pictures.
2、Ask and answer:
Let students answer questions according to the pictures.
Step2. Before reading
1. Let students look at the pictures and describe them.
2. Leading student learn the text about ancient stories.
Step 3 While reading
1. Let students listen to the tape and read the first time and write the letter of the correct statement in each blank.
2. Let students read the second time and circle the correct answers. (D2)
3. Scan the story again and answer the following questions.
1) When and where did the story take place?
2) Why did the Trojan captain ask the soldiers to pull the wooden horse into the city?
3) What did the Greeks use the wooden horse for?
4) Why did the Trojans lose the war?
5) What was the Greeks "trick"?
4. Read the story and complete the table and speak the main idea.

5. Do some exercises about C1、C2、 D1.
Step 4 After reading
1 Let students look at the pictures to retell the story in pairs. And ask students to retell in class.
2 Work in groups. Think about these questions and discuss them with your group members.
1) What can we learn from the Greeks?
2) What lessons can we learn from the Trojans?
Step 5 Home work
1 According to the important words and phrases to retell the story.
2 Do some exercises.
教學(xué)反思：
本節(jié)課采用了多媒體教學(xué),形象生動(dòng)。在教學(xué)過(guò)程中，首先讓學(xué)生看圖片說(shuō)出一些單詞，通過(guò)這種游戲激發(fā)學(xué)生的興趣，小組競(jìng)爭(zhēng)引導(dǎo)學(xué)生參與和鞏固單詞。然后通過(guò)聽(tīng)課文和結(jié)合圖片讓學(xué)生描述圖片。再次通過(guò)scanning, skimming和精讀來(lái)了解課文以及對(duì)知識(shí)點(diǎn)的學(xué)習(xí)強(qiáng)化和對(duì)課文知識(shí)點(diǎn)的掌握。然后讓學(xué)生通過(guò)看圖片兩人或四人一個(gè)小組討論來(lái)講故事，課堂上以及學(xué)生在完成任務(wù)過(guò)程中，通過(guò)自己的體驗(yàn)，感知，實(shí)踐，參與和交流，形成語(yǔ)感，提高語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力。由于本節(jié)課內(nèi)容熟悉并且有趣，大多數(shù)學(xué)生積極性高，主動(dòng)性強(qiáng)，課堂效果較好。當(dāng)然本節(jié)課也存在一些缺點(diǎn)，例如我本人比較緊張，缺乏自信心，個(gè)別學(xué)生較差，不敢在課堂上說(shuō)，復(fù)述故事，不能很好地在課堂上交流和發(fā)言。因此在以后課堂上應(yīng)多注意和關(guān)心學(xué)困生，多給他們鍛煉的機(jī)會(huì)。
