My suggestion is that we shouldplant more trees, put rubbish into dusbins and stop factories pouring wastedirectly into the air or rivers. Let’s look back on our daily life. every morning as soon as you open your eyes, are you used to turn on the lights immediately when the room is bright enough as long as you draw the window curtains apart? is that your habit that when you are brushing your teeth you leave the water tap running on? are you accustomed to setting the temperature of the air conditioner in your office below 26 degrees celsius? in general, a low-carbon lifestyle covers many aspects of our modern life, such as cooking, transportation, home heating, and holiday travel, which can be conducted in a way that gives the maximum reduction of personal carbon emissions. it is a life with low energy, low consumption, low expenses.

I am honored to stand here to share with you on such a important subject as climate change.Yes ,it is global warming .
Let me give you two phenomenons.
Here is the first one. More and more people used to be using air condition ，but how many people ever thought whether this new ,hobby will bring side-effects or not? Maybe just few people. In fact, the side-effect is apparent. The emissions of gases exhausted from air conditioning contain a lot of methane .which could cause global warming. By the way, air conditioning will waste a lot of electricity .
The second one is about the increasing amount of cars. According to the statistics, in 21st century, there are 7 millions cars in the world, a large amount of exhaust gases has seriously influenced us, such as: cough, throat inflammation.
This two phenomenons are just few part of reason which change our environment badly. There are many other reasons.
In nearly 100 years, the average global temperature experienced twice fluctuations which is “cold-warm-cold-warm”. Generally, it is the trend that global climate is becoming warmer and warmer . How to protect the environment? First of all, can't litter, saw rubbish pick up, is the environment become clean and beautiful. Second, do not arbitrarily trample flowers and plants trees. To plant trees, a variety of flowers and plants.

Some people may proudly say: we are the masters of nature. it is true that the idea of "man can conquer nature" has dominated people's mind for years, and it is true, man has kept acting like a master and doing whatever things he wants for thousands of years. however, as the consequence of this kind of "leadership" , now the "master" seems to be confronted with problems that are far beyond his control. facts are really very ample. thegreen house effect leaves islands and cities along the coast, such as this oriental pearl-shanghai, in danger of the disaster of being drowned; the holes of the ozone layer make the earth less suitable to live for some creatures including human beings; the phenomena of el nino and la nina leave the land with serious flood and drought, and the diseases, caused by pollution, are increasing at an incredible speed... seeing all these facts, can we still ignore the counterattack of nature? we are not the masters of nature. facing all the disasters made by ourselves, we, mankind as a whole should realize that we are just a normal member of the big family of nature. any mistreatment towards nature will meet only with the revenge from her.
By saying so, i do not mean we should give a sudden stop to any development. because that will result in a threat to the existence of human society. i mean we should treat nature equally, leaving the chance of existence and development to nature as we are obtaining the same thing, and thus we will get the situation of win-win.
Iam very pleased to find that now more and more people, from every corner of the planet, have come to realize that harmony with nature is the only way to universal and continuous progress and prosperity. and i think that is why we come here from all over the country to discuss this topic today.
I want to end my speech by quoting from mr. nixon. "our destiny offers, not the cup of despair, but the chalice of opportunity." the future is not ours to see of course. however, by seizing firmly the opportunities, by knowing clearly about ourselves, we, human beings, can doubtlessly achieve the real harmony with nature!

但是我們因?yàn)橐粫r(shí)的私利,大量砍伐樹(shù)木,造成水土流失和大量動(dòng)物慘遭滅絕.
環(huán)境對(duì)人類來(lái)說(shuō)既是天堂,又是地獄,人們睜大那貪夢(mèng)的雙眼,恨不得將所有的財(cái)富占為己有.人類破壞環(huán)境,就是在破壞自己,自己的生存環(huán)境,人類應(yīng)該用眼睛證實(shí)一下,這奇特現(xiàn)象存在的事實(shí),進(jìn)而能不能改善我們的生態(tài)環(huán)境.
環(huán)境向我們呼吁,必須盡快采取一切措施,拯救日趨頻危的野生動(dòng)物,拯救我們的生存環(huán)境.生物學(xué)家發(fā)出了震撼全球的警告:"全世界將有5000種動(dòng)物在不長(zhǎng)的時(shí)期滅絕".但同時(shí)幾乎發(fā)出同一聲音:"本世紀(jì)上半期,每隔5年就有一種哺乳動(dòng)物滅絕,本世紀(jì)下半期,已加速到每隔兩年就在滅絕一種."
警告就在空中回蕩,悲劇仍在腳下發(fā)展.
進(jìn)入高文明社會(huì)的人類,正在野蠻愚昧的破壞生態(tài)環(huán)境.
地球上指可數(shù)的野生動(dòng)物資源大國(guó),在想方設(shè)法保護(hù)他們的同時(shí),也無(wú)可奈何地看著他們慘遭撲殺,踐踏,掠奪,人類在破壞環(huán)境時(shí),也在破壞國(guó)家的保護(hù)動(dòng)物,大熊貓.素有"國(guó)寶"之稱等等命運(yùn)同樣不佳,如果再破壞生態(tài)環(huán)境,這些世代賴以繁衍的家園也遭到瘋狂的掃蕩,株連九族的下場(chǎng)并不鮮見(jiàn),是我們?nèi)祟悮埧釤o(wú)情的破壞他們.
我國(guó)的長(zhǎng)江,黃河目前也遭到同樣的破壞,導(dǎo)致水污染嚴(yán)重,人們將垃圾扔到里面.使黃河,長(zhǎng)江的水,不再是以前那樣的清澈見(jiàn)底了.導(dǎo)致長(zhǎng)江,黃河被污染的諸多因素中,人為因素是重要的因素之一.只要這個(gè)因素不徹底消除,那么"天敵"的罪名依然是人類難逃的夢(mèng)魘!·保護(hù)野生動(dòng)物就是保護(hù)人類自己.

我們知道,在千百年前,人類以征服自然,運(yùn)用自然萬(wàn)物作為人類文明的標(biāo)志,千百年后的今天,人類又是否以尊重自然,釋放自然,在與自然和諧相處中把延續(xù)生存作為現(xiàn)代覺(jué)悟的象征呢
記得有這樣一句話:"兩個(gè)黃鸝鳴翠柳,一行白鷺上青天."有人戲謔這樣的意境只存在于都市人的夢(mèng)中了.看著我們的`周?chē)?摩天大樓高聳入云,遮掩了本應(yīng)遼闊的天空,股票廳里,模豎交織的熒屏上,鮮活的數(shù)字跳躍著工廠繁忙的機(jī)械聲和路人匆匆的腳步聲交織在一起,這就是所謂的"都市節(jié)奏"嗎在這暢欲橫流的年代里,許多人為著眼前的利益忙碌著,甚至因此不惜犧牲子孫后代賴以生存的家園.我們的家園被污濁的河流包圍了,樹(shù)木成片倒下,鳥(niǎo)獸也被捕殺……,人類創(chuàng)造了巨大的物質(zhì)財(cái)富,物質(zhì)生活也因此得到了驚人的改善,可我不禁要問(wèn):這就是人類千百年來(lái)夸父般追逐的那個(gè)夢(mèng)想嗎
我又想起了以前看過(guò)的一個(gè)故事,在淮河流域某村,50多歲的村民由于長(zhǎng)期飲用被污染的河水,死于食道癌.在他的新墳上,一瓶雪碧是人們給水污染受害者的唯一祭品.也許你跟我一樣,也難以置信,但它的的確確發(fā)生在我們周?chē)?在中國(guó),是啊,就在中國(guó)!心里又不禁涌起一陣心酸.在這個(gè)發(fā)展中國(guó)家里,經(jīng)濟(jì)固然重要,但環(huán)保更是關(guān)系國(guó)際民生子孫后代的大事啊!
為了我們的后代能夠有一個(gè)良好的生存環(huán)境,為了人類能夠在這個(gè)蔚藍(lán)的星球上繁衍生息下去,我們中學(xué)生不能只顧在書(shū)海中沉浮.伸出你的手,伸出我的手,讓我們共同努力,將我們的家園恢復(fù)到原有的面貌,讓我們盡情享受那份失落已久的鳥(niǎo)語(yǔ)花香,那份清新與寧謐吧!讓我們每一個(gè)人都彎彎腰,撒一粒綠色的種子,讓綠色覆蓋在每一片土地上,讓我們每一個(gè)人都挑一擔(dān)綠色的希望,置放在中華大地的每一個(gè)空間.

“Low-carbon” is one of the most popular buzz-words in this year. not only china but all countries focus on the topic of “l(fā)ow-carbon”.
Here, i’d like to share my own experience abroad with you. several years ago, i was very lucky to have an opportunity to live in the australia about half a month. during that time, not only did i enjoy the beautiful natural scenery there, but also i appreciated the people’s active way of protecting their environment. now, whenever the environment protection is mentioned, the beautiful scenery of australia will arise in my mind, white clouds flying across the blue sky, green grassplot sprinkled with colorful flowers and lovely squirrels playing happily among the trees.
As a citizen of china, if everyone can actively protect the environment in our daily life and if we would like to reduce our carbon footprint, the scenery of blue sky, green grass and lovely animals in australia will appear in china, even in hefei.
But i totally support the view, that is to say, emotion without action is irrelevant! do you unplug electronics after you use them? do you switch off everything before you go to sleep? do you adjust your tv screen a bit dimmer to save energy? do you re-use water for different activities around the house? each of these seemingly insignificant adjustments in your daily life can make a difference in saving the environment of tomorrow.
We all know that nothing is more comfortable than sitting in the warmth of a hearted car while it’s snowing and hailing outside in the freezing cold…but with global warming and even global cooling becoming more pressing by the day, not to mention your own health, take a walk ,ride a bike ,reduce your carbon footprint on the environment .it is said that tiny streams can be combined into a vast ocean, small trees can be an immense forest, and every little makes a mickle.
“Low-carbon” is not just a buzz-word but a goal that people from all over the world wanna get. so, reduce carbon footprint! reduce damage! save energy! save the world!
