英語面試別迷茫
我們在應對英語面試時,千萬不要迷茫,以下是相關的介紹
Are you at a crossroads in your career? You are in a place in your work like where you’re going – oh this is not quite what I had in mind. You got to need a job, or you got to need a boss or wish you didn’t have a job or any boss or there’s something that’s just out of quilter. It’s almost like you’re in this dark place that’s sort of new, sort of scary, and so, you’re thinking about a new work situation – be a job, career, or maybe you’re just knocking the ball out of the park, you’re making tons of money, you’re having a great time, you’re absolutely maximizing your skills and abilities and talents. But, at the end of the day, you go home and it just feels echo-like. There’s no reason for being, there’s no purpose. You got all this money, but what is it for? Any of those descriptors would qualify you at least in your head if not exactly the crossroads in your career. There’s this wonderful theme or verse from the bible, and I love the way it starts and it says: “Thus, says the Lord – he’s not talking about career.
You walk by searching, sorting, and then selecting the work that has been prepared for you. That would be another topic, another time, that God would prepare work for you. But he has, and the way to find it is the six steps and the six keywords again: attitude, aptitude, altitude, searching, sorting, and selecting. All of that is just a great – because most people can’t figure out, “Oh, I know where I am”. Now, the most important part isn’t actually in the six steps. It’s around the six steps and it’s hearing and following God’s calling every step of the way – all six steps.
He’s talking about any crossroad. But he starts at, “Thus, says the Lord, I judge messages often by the messenger.” The messenger here is “Thus, says the Lord”. Stand at the crossroads and look. Ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls. If you stop and think about that, it doesn’t mean run away from, it doesn’t mean to run through – because it’s a scary place – but, you actually stand, and look and you ask, and then you walk. From that, we have discovered through literally, thousands of people are six steps from walking at crossroads in their career. The very first one is all about your attitude. That is accepting loss and opportunity at being in this place where you can generate a positive attitude. Number 2 – it’s about aptitude. It’s discovering what’s unique about you and what you have you to offer. That’s aptitude. Then, you take attitude and aptitude which gives you motivation and energy, and gives you a sense of who you are and direction, and they meet at a place that we call altitude. An altitude is that one of a place where you’re beginning to focus who you are and what you can be on the market place where you begin to look at all the different occupations, and all the different jobs, and all the different careers, and all the different choices there are, in a fairly-focused way. Once you’ve done this little planning to work of walking through across reaching your career, where you’re standing, you’re asking, and you’re looking, then you begin to walk.
