行政專員崗位職責(zé)整理

1.接聽電話,接收傳真,記錄留言,并按要求轉(zhuǎn)接電話或記錄信息,確保信息準(zhǔn)確無誤;
2.對(duì)來訪客人做好接待,引領(lǐng),登記,引導(dǎo),及時(shí)通知被訪人員,對(duì)無關(guān)人員,上門推銷者留下名片告知以后聯(lián)系;
3.文件處理、下發(fā)文件、通知通告、收發(fā)快遞、短信,打印、復(fù)印文件,合理使用紙張,降低材料消耗;
4.保持前臺(tái)、會(huì)議室、接待區(qū)整潔,管理雜志架、保持接待辦公室地面、墻壁、辦公桌椅干凈,及時(shí)清理垃圾,維護(hù)辦公室花木;
5.管理辦公用品、庫存清單、維護(hù)庫房整潔,登記辦公用品和會(huì)議物品出庫入庫,做好各類物資庫存表,每月統(tǒng)計(jì),登記在冊(cè);
6.每日早晨做好考勤的嚴(yán)格把關(guān)將缺勤人員報(bào)給行政人事總監(jiān),負(fù)責(zé)每月統(tǒng)計(jì)公司員工的.考勤情況,每周六將本周員工出勤情況打印供員工核對(duì),每月打印上月考勤記錄,跟員工核對(duì)無誤后上交至人事總監(jiān);
7.參與員工活動(dòng)、及各類會(huì)議的服務(wù)工作;
8.對(duì)員工領(lǐng)用辦公用品登記造冊(cè),向新入職員工登記發(fā)放辦公用品,對(duì)離職員工收回辦公用品;
9.完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其它事宜。
任職要求:
1.優(yōu)秀的外聯(lián)和公關(guān)能力,具備解決突發(fā)事件能力;
2.良好的中英文寫作、口語、閱讀能力;
3.熟悉辦公室行政管理知識(shí)及工作流程,熟練運(yùn)用OFFICE等辦公軟件;
4.工作仔細(xì)認(rèn)真、責(zé)任心強(qiáng)、為人正直,具備較強(qiáng)的書面和口頭表達(dá)能力;

1、負(fù)責(zé)招聘工作,應(yīng)聘人員的預(yù)約,接待及面試;
2、員工入職手續(xù)辦理,員工勞動(dòng)合同的簽訂、續(xù)簽與管理;
3、公司內(nèi)部員工檔案的建立與管理;
4、負(fù)責(zé)與其他部門的'協(xié)調(diào)工作,做好信息的上傳下達(dá);
5、負(fù)責(zé)公司各部門的行政后勤類相關(guān)工作;
6、負(fù)責(zé)考勤及工資績效的核算;
7、負(fù)責(zé)部門一些日常行政事務(wù),配合上級(jí)做好行政人事方面的工作;
8、負(fù)責(zé)制定、監(jiān)督及執(zhí)行企業(yè)管理規(guī)章制度、行政人事管理制度以及工作流程、績效考核制度;
9、負(fù)責(zé)組織企業(yè)文化建設(shè)工作,包括公司慶典、年會(huì)安排、會(huì)務(wù)組織、文體活動(dòng)安排等;
10、協(xié)助上級(jí)制定各部門崗位職責(zé)說明書,報(bào)批后監(jiān)督并執(zhí)行;
11、協(xié)助上級(jí)制定員工培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃,包括新員工培訓(xùn)以及所有員工的培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃;
12、負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)新員工進(jìn)行企業(yè)制度與文化的培訓(xùn)工作,建立企業(yè)形象;
13、負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助各部門進(jìn)行人員招聘工作,包括招聘流程、面試記錄與篩選推薦等;
14、制定崗位晉升、下調(diào)策略,報(bào)批通過后加以監(jiān)督執(zhí)行;
15、制定薪酬上調(diào)、下調(diào)策略,報(bào)批通過后加以監(jiān)督執(zhí)行;
16、負(fù)責(zé)離職員工的善后處理工作,包括辦公用品、鑰匙、出勤核算、離職證明、合同解除等;
17、負(fù)責(zé)管理勞動(dòng)合同、保密協(xié)議、房屋租賃協(xié)議以及各類人事行政文檔;
18、協(xié)助各部門做好節(jié)假日期間工作安排,包括值班安排、檢查門窗、關(guān)閉電源電腦等工作;
19、負(fù)責(zé)企業(yè)資產(chǎn)配置(包括辦公設(shè)備、辦公用品)的管理工作,包括清點(diǎn)、維護(hù)、登記等;
