  (三),客觀描寫(xiě)策略

  關(guān)于編寫(xiě)個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷要以什么角度來(lái)寫(xiě)的問(wèn)題,一般來(lái)說(shuō)不適用第一人稱(chēng),第一人稱(chēng)下的個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷太過(guò)主觀化。而主管化的個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷會(huì)給招聘官以不可信的感覺(jué),因此寫(xiě)簡(jiǎn)歷注意減少主觀信息,諸如“我是……”、“我認(rèn)為……”這種句式最好不要使用。寫(xiě)簡(jiǎn)歷以客觀角度敘述也是一種策略,站在旁觀者的角度來(lái)寫(xiě),可提高簡(jiǎn)歷的可信度。
