(一)，數(shù)字策略

(二)，屏蔽不利信息策略
每個(gè)人身上都會(huì)有一些優(yōu)點(diǎn)，還有一些缺點(diǎn)，在求職中自己的缺點(diǎn)就是不利信息。你不能將不利的信息變成有利的信息，但卻可以將不利的信息屏蔽掉，屏蔽不利信息這種策略是提高簡(jiǎn)歷可用的技巧之一。個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷上的優(yōu)勢(shì)是如何突出的?就是通過(guò)揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短的方式，將無(wú)關(guān)緊要以及不利的信息都屏蔽掉，這不僅能放大自己的優(yōu)勢(shì)亮點(diǎn)，還能讓簡(jiǎn)歷看起來(lái)更加簡(jiǎn)潔。
(三)，客觀描寫(xiě)策略
關(guān)于編寫(xiě)個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷要以什么角度來(lái)寫(xiě)的問(wèn)題，一般來(lái)說(shuō)不適用第一人稱(chēng)，第一人稱(chēng)下的個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷太過(guò)主觀化。而主管化的個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷會(huì)給招聘官以不可信的感覺(jué)，因此寫(xiě)簡(jiǎn)歷注意減少主觀信息，諸如“我是……”、“我認(rèn)為……”這種句式最好不要使用。寫(xiě)簡(jiǎn)歷以客觀角度敘述也是一種策略，站在旁觀者的角度來(lái)寫(xiě)，可提高簡(jiǎn)歷的可信度。
