寫(xiě)作在英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)中是培養(yǎng)和提高語(yǔ)言能力的有效手段，它有助于鞏固和掌握所學(xué)詞匯、語(yǔ)法等語(yǔ)言知識(shí)，有助于訓(xùn)練直接用所學(xué)語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行思維，有利于提高駕馭語(yǔ)言的能力。中學(xué)生該如何寫(xiě)好英語(yǔ)作文呢？經(jīng)過(guò)多年的教學(xué)實(shí)踐，在英語(yǔ)寫(xiě)作方面我總結(jié)如下幾點(diǎn)淺見(jiàn)：
一、增加詞匯
英語(yǔ)寫(xiě)作要求有一定量的詞匯，沒(méi)有詞匯就好比巧婦無(wú)米難以下廚。寫(xiě)作時(shí)可能出現(xiàn)要寫(xiě)的詞記不起來(lái)、要用的詞拿不準(zhǔn)、尤其是遇到同義詞、更不知用哪一個(gè)好、或詞性沒(méi)記住，結(jié)果亂用……. 這都說(shuō)明平時(shí)對(duì)單詞的記憶不夠牢固，理解不清。這就要求我們?cè)谟泦卧~的時(shí)候多花點(diǎn)力氣，要從單詞的音、形、義入手，最好不要單獨(dú)記憶單詞，這樣容易遺忘，要把它放在句子或中一起記憶，這樣可把握單詞的詞義、用法、搭配等詞匯特點(diǎn)。除了課本上的詞匯必須掌握外，還要進(jìn)行廣泛的課外閱讀，來(lái)增加詞匯。
二、掌握語(yǔ)法
英語(yǔ)中雖有很多句子與漢語(yǔ)相似或相同，但語(yǔ)法與漢語(yǔ)不盡相同，它有自己的基本句型固定搭配、固定短語(yǔ)等。要想寫(xiě)好作文，必須學(xué)好語(yǔ)法。英語(yǔ)中有五種基本句型結(jié)構(gòu)，幾乎所有的英語(yǔ)句型都是五種句型的擴(kuò)大、延伸或變化，因此，應(yīng)牢記這五種基本句型，并不斷地練習(xí)運(yùn)用。
1. S +V
2. S+V+O
3. S+V+O+O
4. S+V+P
5. S+V+O+C
這五種句型雖能表達(dá)一定的意思，但無(wú)法比較自由地表達(dá)思想，因此還需對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)一步進(jìn)行擴(kuò)句訓(xùn)練，在課堂上充分發(fā)揮學(xué)生的想象力，進(jìn)行擴(kuò)句練習(xí)。其次，要加強(qiáng)句型教學(xué)，要對(duì)一些句子進(jìn)行分析，增強(qiáng)他們利用各種句子進(jìn)行一意多種表達(dá)的訓(xùn)練。再次，充分利用新教材中“鞏固語(yǔ)言練習(xí)”對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行基本語(yǔ)感的訓(xùn)練。
三、背誦范文
古人說(shuō)：“熟讀唐詩(shī)三百首，不會(huì)做詩(shī)也會(huì)吟”。背誦范文是中國(guó)人學(xué)習(xí)語(yǔ)言的傳統(tǒng)方法，它不但可以加強(qiáng)記憶、積累語(yǔ)言材料，而且可以定型語(yǔ)式句式，語(yǔ)套模式和行文模式，將背誦用于英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)更是見(jiàn)效。因?yàn)橐环N語(yǔ)言的具體句子和語(yǔ)篇是無(wú)限的，而其結(jié)構(gòu)模式則是有限的。掌握一個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)模式或行文模式就意味著具有生成無(wú)數(shù)語(yǔ)氣和語(yǔ)篇的能力。語(yǔ)言模式的作用類似于數(shù)學(xué)公式，非常重要。而經(jīng)典的語(yǔ)言模式則存在于范文之中，所以要熟讀背誦。
四、以說(shuō)促寫(xiě)
說(shuō)話是作文的先導(dǎo)，是作文的起步。俗話說(shuō)：“只有出口成章，才能下筆成文”。在教學(xué)過(guò)程中，教師可有意識(shí)地讓學(xué)生用詞造句，由詞生文練習(xí)。由易到難，循序漸進(jìn)地讓學(xué)生說(shuō)。
可以把現(xiàn)實(shí)生活搬進(jìn)課堂，模擬生活中的.各種人物、情景，讓學(xué)生在真情實(shí)感的角色扮演中
進(jìn)行口語(yǔ)交際。讓學(xué)生把生活中的人物通過(guò)語(yǔ)言、動(dòng)作、心理活動(dòng)表演出來(lái)，讓學(xué)生自由發(fā)揮，暢所欲言。也可以通過(guò)演講培養(yǎng)口頭作文能力，并引導(dǎo)學(xué)生把“說(shuō)”和“寫(xiě)”聯(lián)系起來(lái)，這樣說(shuō)說(shuō)寫(xiě)寫(xiě)，寫(xiě)寫(xiě)說(shuō)說(shuō)，不僅提高了口語(yǔ)表達(dá)能力，而且通過(guò)說(shuō)話過(guò)程中對(duì)口頭語(yǔ)言的敘述，提高了書(shū)面語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力，使學(xué)生寫(xiě)作能做到中心明確，條理清楚。
五、勤于動(dòng)筆
適當(dāng)?shù)剡M(jìn)行寫(xiě)作練習(xí)是不可缺少的，如果光大談寫(xiě)作，而從不去動(dòng)筆寫(xiě)，是寫(xiě)不出好作文的，所謂的熟能生巧就是說(shuō)的這一點(diǎn)。可以讓學(xué)生采用寫(xiě)日記的方法來(lái)提高自己的表達(dá)能力，也可以就不同的題材，自擬題目來(lái)寫(xiě)或者就某篇課文來(lái)擴(kuò)寫(xiě)、縮寫(xiě)、改寫(xiě)等，這些都可以用來(lái)練練手筆。也可以要求學(xué)生隨讀、隨學(xué)、隨寫(xiě)，讀有所得，學(xué)以致用。
六、寫(xiě)作步驟
1. 審題
在動(dòng)筆之前，必須認(rèn)真審題，分析命題意圖。根據(jù)題目確定體裁，考慮內(nèi)容，把與題目有關(guān)的材料分析，整理加以取舍。對(duì)屬于同一類材料的擬出標(biāo)題，作文審題在很大程度上關(guān)系到整篇的成敗。有的考生唯恐時(shí)間不夠，急于成文，不認(rèn)真審題，結(jié)果寫(xiě)出的不是離題太遠(yuǎn)，與原命題大相徑庭，就是抓不住重點(diǎn)，雜亂無(wú)章，缺乏邏輯性與關(guān)聯(lián)。
2. 列題綱
審明了題義，了解了命題的意圖，接下來(lái)就是列提綱。提綱有兩種形式，即標(biāo)題式和句式。標(biāo)題式提綱就是用短語(yǔ)和詞組列出的層次和段落以及各層次、各段落的大致順序。這種提綱的特點(diǎn)是簡(jiǎn)潔、清楚。句式提綱是用完整的句子列出的提綱，這種提綱提供了更加詳盡的輪廓。列提綱時(shí)，應(yīng)防止兩種形式的混用，句式提綱是句子，而標(biāo)題式提綱是名詞詞組。列提綱時(shí)要盡量使用平行結(jié)構(gòu)，編號(hào)要統(tǒng)一。有了提綱，在材料安排上才會(huì)層次分明，整體性強(qiáng)。
3. 起草稿
審明了題意，列出了提綱，下一步就是應(yīng)該分段寫(xiě)作。每段應(yīng)該只有一個(gè)中心，段落的結(jié)構(gòu)要完整。自然段多以該段的主題句開(kāi)頭、中間展開(kāi)說(shuō)明和敘述，末句常是結(jié)論或內(nèi)容的歸納。在推展主題目時(shí)，要充分利用學(xué)到的寫(xiě)句子、寫(xiě)段落的技巧，注意句與句、段與段的銜接和過(guò)渡。注意段落的完整性和連貫性。為了使緊湊，全文最好一氣呵成。
4. 修改
修改是寫(xiě)好必不可少的一環(huán)。修改是指初稿完成后對(duì)從內(nèi)容，形式到語(yǔ)言等進(jìn)行加工提高，通過(guò)修改使達(dá)到主題明確，內(nèi)容翔實(shí)、結(jié)構(gòu)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，語(yǔ)法正確，無(wú)拼寫(xiě)和標(biāo)點(diǎn)錯(cuò)誤。
5. 校閱
修改后的要認(rèn)真抄寫(xiě)一遍。謄寫(xiě)時(shí)要注意：標(biāo)題寫(xiě)在第一行的中央，除介詞，連詞、冠詞外，標(biāo)題中每一個(gè)實(shí)詞都應(yīng)大寫(xiě)。標(biāo)題除了疑問(wèn)句或感嘆句外，標(biāo)題不加標(biāo)點(diǎn)，即使是一個(gè)完整的句子，也不加句號(hào)；注意段落首縮進(jìn)3-4個(gè)字母；書(shū)寫(xiě)要工整，規(guī)范，卷面要整潔，詞與詞之間要有2-3個(gè)字母的間隔 ；抄寫(xiě)完之后，一定要檢查一遍。校閱要逐字逐段進(jìn)行，注意檢查語(yǔ)法錯(cuò)誤，拼寫(xiě)錯(cuò)誤、標(biāo)點(diǎn)和大小寫(xiě)等方面的錯(cuò)誤。花兩分鐘檢查一遍，往往能增強(qiáng)的效果、提高考試成績(jī)。
