納污河道水環(huán)境自凈容量的精確計(jì)算方法
摘要: 以河流岸邊排放為例討論了環(huán)境容量的計(jì)算問題。作者認(rèn)為,對(duì)環(huán)境容量精確的計(jì)算應(yīng)根據(jù)污染物在河流中的擴(kuò)散過程和發(fā)展的不同特點(diǎn),將排污河段水體自凈容量分段進(jìn)行計(jì)算。對(duì)于上游來流所代入河段的污染物,在入口斷面假定均勻分布,進(jìn)口斷面下游整個(gè)河段的濃度分布計(jì)算中,按縱向離散來處理。從排污口新加入的污染物在河段的擴(kuò)散按擴(kuò)散特點(diǎn)分三段來分別計(jì)算。排污口到污染帶擴(kuò)散至全河寬之間的河段按污染帶形式來處理。污染帶擴(kuò)散至全斷面到全斷面均勻混合之間的河段作為單獨(dú)一段來計(jì)算。這一段既有橫向擴(kuò)散也有縱向離散。從污染物在斷面上均勻分布開始的下游河段其濃度變化亦應(yīng)按縱向離散來處理。按上述原則,導(dǎo)出了精確計(jì)算公式。 Abstract: The diffusion characteristics and formation of polluted belt have to be considered for an accurate calculation of capacity of aquatic self-purification in polluted river. It is point out that the river must be divided into different parts for calculation of aquatic self-purification. From outlet to the section where polluted belt is expanded to whole section, the concentration distribution is treated as polluted belt. From the section where the polluted belt is expanded to whole section to the section where the concentration distribution is uniform, pollutant exists in both transversal diffusion and longitudinal dispersion. From the section where concentration is uniform, there is only longitudinal dispersion.
